Welcome!
What can I expect when I visit?
Where can I park?
We have guest parking located right up front. It is indicated by the star in the map below.
What should I wear?
We want you to feel comfortable. While Pastor Frank always wears a suit (it’s his thing), we wear everything from suits and dresses to jeans and t-shirts. We are just happy to have you join us in worship!
Will I be singled out at any time?
Absolutely not. Our prayer is that you come to Paramount Baptist Church to worship the Lord or learn more about Him without any distractions or unnecessary anxiety. During the service, we will highlight ways that you can contact us at your convenience. We do not do the ‘turn and greet’, and do not ask visitors to stand to be recognized. We also do not expect you to contribute to the offering. You are our guest. Above all we want you to feel the presence of our King.
What about my kids?
We currently have childcare for children ages 1-3 during the 8:15AM and 11:00AM services. All other children join us in the sanctuary for worship. We look forward to expanding our offerings moving forward (including Sunday School and activities on Wednesday evenings).
We want you to know that we take the safety and security of your children very seriously. All of our staff and volunteers have passed a criminal background check. Additionally, we take other precautions to ensure your kids are having fun in a safe and secure environment.
Who can help me when I arrive?
Upon entering our building, you will be met by members who will greet you. Our Welcome Desk is inside the main entrance and has information and materials. We currently are using e-bulletins, which are available on our Facebook page.
How long are your services?
Our Sunday morning worship services last about 75 minutes. If you need to leave prior to the conclusion of service, please do. Know that we understand!
Who can I contact if I have questions?
You can call us at (301)-739-2821 or send an email to office@paramountbaptist.com
Our staff are happy to answer any questions you have.
