The Grand Prix is a major event for our A.W.A.N.A club members!
This years event is on May 10th.
Registration begins at 10:00AM
We need the following volunteers:
Woodworkers
Woodworking will be done on Wednesday evenings – April 30, May 7 and May 10 (last minute repairs)
Announcers
Enthusiastic announcers are needed on the day of the event – May 10, beginning at 9:45AM
Photographers
Photographers are needed throughout the Grand Prix event, including the workdays –
April 30, May 7, and May 10
Setup and Teardown Workers
Setting up the race track and arranging Rickard Hall before the event –
date(s) and time(s) to be determined.
Teardown to include dismantling and storing the track, and cleaning and re-arranging Rickard Hall –
May 10, ~ 1:00PM
PLEASE NOTE: All volunteers must be PBC members and have a valid background check on file with the church office
